Semitronix' technology is rooted in a data-driven approach that emphasizes efficiency. In a traditional process development, yield issues are identified primarily through product yield response. 

Semitronix' systematic test chip methodology decouples potential process risks enabled by a comprehensive parameterization and DOE(design-of-experiement) infra-structure.  A large volume of silicon data is leveraged to pinpoint process root causes.  Coupled with other process data and tools, it enables a faster and more systematic characterization of the process, thus shortens development learning cycle.

Design
Development of a series of test chips composed of a library of silicon-proven test-key to monitor potential product/process yield risks and process windows. Strategically design-of-experiments triggers and amplifies process issues to provide deeper feedback.
Test
Combining with Semitronix' fast parametric testers, we achieve higher test efficiency to collect these process-relevant monitor data.
Analysis
With Semitronix' DATAEXP analytics platform merging all process and product data, the users can decouple process issues with actual yield impacts. Based on the yield impact pareto, a action plan can be devised to drive yield improvement.
